Shipping:
All our shipments leave from our warehouse located in Las Rozas, Madrid. Once your order is placed, we promise to prepare and ship it within 24 business hours. We want you to receive our products as soon as possible so you can be your best.
Returns:
At Skin Shine, your satisfaction is our number one priority. That's why we offer a risk-free guarantee. This means that if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturing defects, we're here to help.
Whatever happens, we offer you the peace of mind of knowing that if you need to return your product due to manufacturing defects, we will send you another product free of charge. We want you to have the confidence to try our products without worry and for your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory.
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, it will not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Beauty and cosmetic products, being in contact with the skin, cannot be resold once opened. Therefore, we only exchange products if they have a manufacturing defect. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a defect, a refund will not be issued; instead, an unlimited-use gift card will be provided. If your product has a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.
